Job Title: Tiler for Residential and Commercial Projects in Akron, Ohio


We are a reputable construction company located in Akron, Ohio seeking a skilled Tiler to join our team. As a Tiler, you will be responsible for installing and repairing tile flooring, walls, and other surfaces in both residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas using hand and power tools
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and leveling them before installation
- Lay out tiles according to design plans
- Mix and apply mortar or adhesive to secure tiles in place
- Grout and seal tiles to ensure durability
- Repair or replace damaged tiles when necessary
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler or similar role
- Knowledge of various tiling materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design plans
- Excellent attention to detail
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

We are an equal opportunity employer offering competitive salary of $1300 per week. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. We welcome candidates of all levels with varying degrees of experience. However, previous tiling experience is preferred.
