Waiter/Waitress

We are hiring a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in the charming city of Izhevsk. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they arrive and show them to their tables
- Present menus and help customers make food and beverage selections
- Take accurate orders from customers and communicate them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any special requests or complaints from customers
- Prepare bills and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Customer-oriented with a friendly attitude
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift heavy trays and stand for long periods of time
