We are hiring a skilled and experienced Formwork Specialist to join our team in Atlanta. As a Formwork Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, assembling, and installing various types of formworks for our construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Study blueprints, sketches and construction plans to determine type and dimensions of formworks needed
- Cut, shape and assemble wood, metal or other materials to create formworks according to specifications
- Install formworks on site using hand and power tools
- Pour concrete into formworks, ensuring proper alignment and leveling
- Remove formworks after concrete has set, ensuring minimal damage to the structure
- Inspect formworks for any defects or issues and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Adhere to all safety regulations on site at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Formworker or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of formwork systems such as traditional timber formwork, steel formwork or modular systems is an advantage
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination skills
- Knowledge of construction materials and their properties
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
