We are seeking a skilled Formworker to join our team in Atlanta. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing, assembling and dismantling temporary structures used to support concrete work. This includes reading blueprints and plans, measuring and cutting materials, and using hand and power tools to build formwork according to specifications. You must have at least 2 years of experience in formwork construction and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A high level of physical fitness is also required as this job involves heavy lifting and working at heights.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and plans to determine formwork specifications
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to plans
- Assemble formwork using hand and power tools
- Ensure all safety precautions are followed when working with heavy equipment and at heights
- Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines
- Dismantle formwork after concrete has hardened
- Maintain clean and organized worksite

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in formwork construction
- Ability to read blueprints and plans accurately
- Proficient with hand and power tools used in formwork construction
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent teamwork skills
