Remote Administrator - Visa Sponsored


We are hiring a remote administrator to provide administrative support to our company's operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role and be able to work independently. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize company documents and files
- Coordinate with team members and clients for scheduling and meeting arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the management team
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for business trips
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an administrator or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Canadian nationality or valid work visa for Canada

Salary: $1300 per month
