Industrial Painter



We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Nakuru. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint or other coatings to various industrial structures and equipment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed
- Mix and apply paint or other coatings using spray guns, brushes, or rollers
- Ensure proper adhesion and coverage of paint by following specific guidelines and techniques
- Apply multiple coats of paint if necessary, allowing for adequate drying time in between coats
- Use masking tape and other materials to protect areas not being painted
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment while working

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Industrial Painter is required
- Skilled in mixing and applying various types of paints and coatings
- Familiar with different painting techniques to achieve desired results
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and instructions
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift heavy objects, and work at heights if necessary
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed
