Land Surveyor
A land surveyor is responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land to determine boundaries, topography, and other relevant features. They use specialized equipment such as GPS and total stations to gather data and create accurate maps and legal descriptions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent mathematical skills, and be able to work independently in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various tools and equipment
- Analyze data to determine property boundaries and features
- Create maps, charts, and legal descriptions based on survey results
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate measurements
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on progress
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working in the field
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a land surveyor (preferred)
- Strong mathematical skills
- Experience using GPS, total stations, and other relevant equipment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Nizwa, Oman
Visa Sponsorship: Available for qualified candidates.

Working Hours: Full-time position with 40 hours per week.
English Requirement: No English proficiency required for this position.
Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Preference: This job is open to all nationalities; however, preference will be given to Indian candidates.
