Land Surveyor


We are a leading construction company in Nakuru, seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting topographical and boundary surveys, preparing survey reports and maps, and providing accurate data for construction projects. This position is open to all nationalities, with a preference for English-speaking candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographical surveys using GPS, total stations, and other equipment
- Perform boundary surveys to establish property lines and easements
- Prepare accurate survey reports and maps using AutoCAD or similar software
- Communicate with project managers to understand project requirements and deadlines
- Coordinate with contractors and other professionals on site to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration
- Adhere to safety measures while conducting surveys on construction sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
- Strong understanding of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
