We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys of land areas to determine boundaries, elevations, and other topographical features. Your duties will include using specialized equipment and software to collect and analyze data, creating maps and reports, and communicating with clients and other professionals. This full-time position does not require previous experience or English language proficiency, but a salary of 1800$ will be provided along with free visa and ticket. Accommodation is not included.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in land surveying or a related field and possess strong mathematical skills. Knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software is essential. You should also have excellent communication skills as you will be working closely with clients, government agencies, engineers, and other professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land areas using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, levels, and drones
- Collect data on boundary lines; locations of structures; natural features such as rivers, hills or lakes; soil characteristics; roadways; or other topographical features
- Analyze collected data using computer software to create maps or reports
- Prepare legal descriptions of land for deeds or other legal documents
- Coordinate with clients to determine project requirements and provide progress updates
- Collaborate with engineers and architects on projects requiring land surveying expertise
- Ensure that all surveys comply with local laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of survey data

Requirements:
- Degree in land surveying or related field
- Strong mathematical skills
- Knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software (e.g. AutoCAD)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and able to work with precision
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
