Sales Representative for Indian Market in Eldoret, Kenya

Our company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to focus on the Indian market in Eldoret, Kenya. This full-time position offers a salary of 1000$ per month and does not require English proficiency. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Indian clients, promoting our products and services, and closing sales deals. Accommodation is not provided but visa sponsorship is available for non-Kenyan nationals. Responsibilities:
- Identify potential Indian clients in Eldoret and surrounding areas
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Promote our products and services to the Indian community through various channels such as social media, events, etc.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate prices, and close deals with clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the management team

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of the Indian market in Eldoret is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or Gujarati language skills are a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade customers effectively
- Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently
- Must have good time-management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively
