Waiter/Waitress


We are a busy restaurant in Faisalabad looking for a motivated and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience. We are seeking candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely manner
- Take food and drink orders from customers
- Answer any questions about the menu or restaurant
- Deliver food and drinks to tables
- Monitor tables to ensure guests have everything they need
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Process payments and accurately handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and assist with basic cleaning tasks

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Must have own visa or able to work legally in Faisalabad
- High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in hospitality or related field is a plus

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The salary for this position is 1500$ per month. We offer a positive work environment with opportunities for growth within our company.
