Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Sheduva. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. This includes diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, as well as installing and maintaining computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems, including hardware and software
- Maintain computer systems by performing upgrades, patches, and system backups
- Set up user accounts and permissions for network access
- Train users on new hardware or software applications
- Keep detailed records of technical issues and resolutions for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Computer Support Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking technologies, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms to clients
- Experience with remote desktop support tools is a plus

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable depending on experience)

Location: Sheduva (Indians preferred)

Employment Type: Contract (with possibility of extension)
