We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team in Kaunas. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair cutting and styling services to our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with clients of all ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

- Perform hair cutting, styling, and grooming services according to client's preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and understanding client's needs
- Keep work station clean and maintain tools and equipment
- Promote and sell salon products to clients
- Stay updated on current trends and techniques in the industry
- Attend training sessions to improve skills and stay updated on company policies

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Barber preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in other languages is a plus)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well with clients of all ages and backgrounds
- Knowledge of various hair cutting techniques, styles, and grooming products
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
