Junior Android Developer

As a Junior Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our clients. This is a contract position with a starting salary of $1600 per month. We are located in Gujrat, but remote work is also possible. No prior experience is required, but a basic understanding of Android development and programming languages such as Java and Kotlin is preferred. You will work closely with our senior developers to learn new skills and gain valuable experience in the industry.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and implement mobile applications that meet the needs of our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, ranging from simple mobile apps to complex enterprise-level solutions. Your responsibilities will include writing clean and efficient code, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the best performance and user experience for our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Android development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Basic understanding of Android development using Java or Kotlin
- Familiarity with Android Studio or other relevant tools
- Knowledge of software development principles and methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow project requirements
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with mobile app development using Java or Kotlin
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
