Hotel Manager
Location: Doha, Qatar
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Hotel Manager to oversee the operations and management of our hotel in Doha. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the hospitality industry and a strong track record of successfully managing a hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and responding promptly to guest concerns.
- Create and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other partners.
- Monitor employee performance and provide training or coaching as needed.
- Manage budgets, financial plans, and expenses.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall quality standards are met.
- Address any issues or emergencies that may arise during the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel management best practices and procedures.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and P&L analysis.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation is not provided but free visa sponsorship and airfare ticket will be provided by the company.
