Hotel Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Doha. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, sales and marketing, budgeting and financial management, human resources, and maintenance. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all departments are working together effectively to provide a seamless guest experience
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
- Manage budgets and financial planning for the hotel
- Hire, train, and manage staff members to ensure high levels of performance and job satisfaction
- Maintain positive relationships with guests by responding promptly to their needs and concerns
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as needed
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and standards
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the hotel's brand and attract new business opportunities
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a management role at a luxury hotel or resort
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Exceptional communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1500$ per month

City: Doha

Note: This job is open for Indian nationals currently residing in Doha or willing to relocate. Part-time positions are also available for students.
