Skilled Handyman
As a skilled handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in various buildings and properties in Medina. Your main duties will include troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as performing carpentry, painting, and general maintenance tasks.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools
- Basic carpentry skills
- Familiarity with painting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:
- Inspect buildings and identify maintenance needs
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Perform basic carpentry tasks such as repairing or installing shelves, cabinets, doors, etc.
- Paint walls, ceilings, doors, and other surfaces as needed
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or fixing leaky faucets
- Keep track of materials and supplies needed for repairs
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and up to quality standards
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to safety guidelines at all times

Salary: 1500$ per month

City: Medina

We are currently seeking a skilled handyman who is self-motivated and has a strong work ethic. This position is open to all nationalities but requires the candidate to have a valid biometric passport. Accommodation will not be provided.
