Senior Architect - Contract Position (Malayalee Candidates Preferred)

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. We are specifically looking for candidates who are proficient in English and have knowledge of Malayalam, as we cater to a large Malayalee community. This is a contract position, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception to completion. This includes creating designs, developing plans and specifications, overseeing construction processes, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and client relationships.

The successful candidate must possess strong technical skills and be well-versed in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

We are open to candidates without prior experience as long as they possess the necessary qualifications and show a willingness to learn. However, preference will be given to those with previous experience in commercial or residential projects.
