Data Analytics Specialist

As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets to extract valuable insights and inform business decisions. Your primary focus will be on identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement within our data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations based on your findings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, data mining, and visualization techniques. This is a full-time position located in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from various sources
- Develop statistical models to identify patterns and trends in the data
- Create dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables
- Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Continuously monitor data quality to ensure accuracy and consistency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in data analysis using SQL, Python or R
- Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques such as regression analysis, clustering, etc.
- Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
