IT Manager


We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee our IT department and ensure the efficient and effective operation of our technology systems. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of information technology, and a proven track record of successful project management.

As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and collaborating with other departments to identify and address technology needs. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve our technology infrastructure and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including overseeing system upgrades, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to employees
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to information technology, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions that align with company goals
- Create and manage budgets for hardware, software, and other IT resources
- Oversee the selection, installation, maintenance, and replacement of hardware and software systems
- Stay current on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Conduct regular audits of systems to ensure security measures are in place
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management role
- Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of network administration, security protocols, database management, etc.
- Experience developing strategic plans for improving technology infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where adapting to change is crucial
- Experience in budget management and cost control
- Proven experience in implementing new technologies and systems

This is a full-time position based in Remish, Egypt. Salary for this role is $1100 per month. We welcome candidates of all nationalities who are legally able to work in Egypt. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
