Position: Industrial Architect
Salary: $1400/month
Location: Herzliya, Israel

Our architectural firm is seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Herzliya. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in industrial and manufacturing projects, with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop plans for industrial buildings and facilities, including warehouses, factories, and production plants.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for each project.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are accurately implemented.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Experience working on international projects.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles.
