Rental Coordinator
We are a reputable rental company based in Mombasa, seeking a Rental Coordinator to join our team. This is a contract position, ideal for an Indian national with fluent English skills and no previous experience necessary. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the rental process, from initial inquiries to final agreements. This includes managing accommodation options and arranging visa sponsorship for clients as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an urgent position, and the chosen candidate must be able to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from potential clients regarding rental options
- Coordinate with property owners to ensure availability and pricing information is up-to-date
- Provide clients with information on accommodation options and arrange viewings as needed
- Assist with the rental agreement process, including drafting contracts and obtaining signatures
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on their rental requests
- Manage visa sponsorship process for international clients as required
- Maintain accurate records of all rentals, payments, and client information
Requirements:
- Indian national with fluent English skills (both written and verbal)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
