Job Title: Finisher

As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing and perfecting various projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and precision. Your role will involve using specialized tools and techniques to smooth and polish surfaces, apply finishes, and add final touches to products. You will work with a team of skilled professionals in a fast-paced environment, constantly striving for excellence. This position requires attention to detail, physical dexterity, and the ability to work with various materials. Experience in carpentry, metalworking, or auto body repair is preferred. Fluency in English is required.

As a Finisher in our company based in Moscow, your duties will include:

- Using sanders, grinders, and other tools to smooth surfaces and remove imperfections
- Applying stains, paints, varnishes or other finishes to enhance the appearance of products
- Inspecting finished products for defects and making necessary touch-ups or repairs
- Reading blueprints or instructions to ensure products are finished according to specifications
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Assisting with the preparation of materials for finishing processes
- Communicating effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow

To excel in this role, you should have:

- Experience working as a finisher or in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to read blueprints or follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of various finishing techniques and materials
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills in English

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in carpentry, metalworking or auto body repair. A biometric passport is required for this position.
