Seamstress - Garment Production Specialist (Mombasa, Pakistan)



We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Seamstress to join our garment production team in Mombasa, Pakistan. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for creating high-quality garments according to client specifications and design standards. This is an English-speaking job opportunity, so proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and sew fabric pieces to create garments according to client specifications
- Select appropriate fabrics and materials for each garment
- Operate sewing machines and other tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Follow design standards and instructions provided by clients
- Ensure all garments meet quality standards before final delivery
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Seamstress or similar role in garment production
- Proficiency in English is required for communication with clients and team members
- Strong knowledge of different types of fabrics, materials, and sewing techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality
- Flexibility to work on different types of garments including traditional Pakistani attire
- Must be able to provide own accommodation without company assistance

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary package of 1500$ per month for this position.
