Milling Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Malindi. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC milling machines, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to produce precision parts
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC milling machines in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, etc.
- Experience with troubleshooting machine issues preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Good communication skills
- Team player attitude

Salary: $1500 per month.
