Indian Administrator in Bansko

A reputable company in Bansko is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Indian Administrator to join our team on a contract basis. This role is suitable for men who have previous administrative experience and are looking to further their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As an Indian Administrator, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, coordinating with different departments, and managing office supplies. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and be able to work independently.

Requirements:
- Must hold valid Indian nationality
- Previous experience in administrative roles is required
- Must be fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and update as necessary
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
- Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as directed by management
- Handle incoming calls, mail, and emails promptly and professionally

Salary: 1400$ per month
