Surveyor - Land and Property Assessment Specialist


We are hiring a skilled Surveyor to join our team in Akron. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to land and property assessment. Your role will involve conducting surveys using specialized equipment, creating detailed maps and reports, and providing recommendations based on your findings.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (Malayalees and Egyptians preferred)
- No prior experience required
- Must be able to work without supervision
- Accommodation provided

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Collect data on physical features of land and structures, including measurements of distances, angles, elevations, and contours
- Analyze collected data to create detailed maps using computer software such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
- Prepare reports with findings and recommendations based on survey results
- Communicate effectively with clients to discuss project requirements and present survey results
- Adhere to safety standards while conducting surveys in various environments

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in surveying or related field preferred)
- Knowledge of land surveying principles and practices
- Familiarity with surveying equipment and software
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina for working outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary: $1500 per month
