Concierge Specialist
As a Concierge Specialist in Salalah, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents. Your primary role will be to assist guests with their various needs, including making reservations, arranging transportation, and recommending local attractions and activities. You will also handle any guest complaints or issues that may arise during their stay.
Requirements:
- Indian national preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local attractions and activities in Salalah is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, spas, or other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
