Administrator - Biometric Passport Processing (Porto, Portugal)


We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Administrator with experience in biometric passport processing to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for processing biometric passport applications and ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete. This position requires excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting with applicants and government officials on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process biometric passport applications accurately and efficiently
- Verify all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
- Communicate with applicants to gather any missing information or documentation
- Liaise with government officials to ensure timely processing of applications
- Maintain accurate records of all processed applications
- Follow all security protocols when handling sensitive information

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in biometric passport processing or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Familiarity with government regulations and procedures related to passports is preferred
- Proficiency in Portuguese is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus
