Computer Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing computer systems to meet the needs of our organization. This includes identifying system requirements, evaluating existing systems, and implementing new technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems and software development processes, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. This is a contract position open to candidates with their own visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate existing computer systems to identify areas for improvement
- Design and develop new computer systems and software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather system requirements
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and determine their potential impact on our organization
- Develop technical documentation, such as system specifications, diagrams, and user manuals
- Test software solutions for functionality, efficiency, and accuracy
- Provide technical support to end users when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of computer systems architecture and design principles
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with database management and SQL queries
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Knowledge of Agile development methodology
- Familiarity with project management principles
