As a Dishwasher, your main responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. This role is vital to the smooth operation of our kitchen and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Operate dishwashing equipment properly
- Organize and store clean dishes in designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area
- Assist with general kitchen duties as needed
- Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
