Hotel Sales Manager for Indian Nationals in Muscat, Oman
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services and facilities to potential clients. Your main goal is to increase revenue by securing bookings and developing relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- At least 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays when needed
- Own visa in Oman is required
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Identify potential business opportunities through research, networking, and cold-calling
- Maintain regular contact with corporate clients to build strong relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are met
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, reservations, and operations to ensure seamless execution of events and bookings
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our hotel
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports on a regular basis for management review
