Cruise Line Customer Service Representative
We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for our cruise line company in Lusail. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our passengers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues they may have during their trip.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers during check-in and boarding processes
- Answer inquiries and provide information about the cruise itinerary, amenities, and services offered
- Handle complaints and resolve any issues that may arise during the trip
- Provide timely and accurate updates to passengers regarding any changes in schedule or port of call
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth sailing experience for passengers
- Handle cash transactions for onboard purchases and maintain accurate records
- Assist with emergency procedures and evacuation drills as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Prior customer service experience in the hospitality or tourism industry preferred
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking passenger information
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary: $900 per month
