Barista - Coffee Specialist (El-Ain, UAE)



We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista - Coffee Specialist to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality coffee beverages while providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the coffee bar area.

Responsibilities:
- Create and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to customer preferences and company standards
- Educate customers on different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Maintain inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies
- Operate and maintain espresso machines and other equipment
- Ensure the cleanliness of the coffee bar area at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers, taking orders, and handling payments
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must have own visa or willing to obtain one
