Business Coach


We are seeking a highly motivated Business Coach to join our team in Al-Khor. As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals and businesses in order to help them achieve their goals and improve their performance. You will work closely with clients to identify their needs and develop customized strategies and action plans for success.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct coaching sessions with clients to assess their current situation, set goals, and create action plans
- Provide support, guidance, and accountability to help clients achieve their goals
- Analyze business operations and identify areas for improvement
- Develop personalized strategies based on individual or business needs
- Monitor progress of clients and make adjustments as needed
- Offer training programs and resources for ongoing development
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in order to provide the most effective coaching services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Coach or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully helping individuals or businesses achieve their goals
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify areas for improvement
- Ability to adapt coaching style to different personalities and needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English (Arabic language proficiency is preferred but not required)
- Valid work permit for Al-Khor (or willingness to obtain one)

Salary: 1500 USD/month (salary can be negotiated based on experience)

Location: Al-Khor, Qatar
