Carpenter - Construction Worker



We are urgently seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. This role requires someone with experience in carpentry, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine the specifications for each project
- Measure, cut, shape, and join materials according to plans
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
- Repair or replace damaged structures or fixtures
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Carpenter or Construction Worker
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings accurately
- Attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred:
- Nationality: Nepali
- Experience working in construction projects in Nairobi
- Ability to communicate in English
- Experience working with different types of building materials
- Valid driver's license

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
