As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various online platforms. This role is open to all nationalities and is suitable for Canadians, as well as non-native English speakers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as chat, email, and social media
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding products or services
- Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues
