We are hiring a Sales Manager to join our team in Lahore. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support when needed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on insights.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering results.
