We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team in Sheduva. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final steps in the production process, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. This position requires attention to detail, physical dexterity, and the ability to work with various tools and materials.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications
- Sand, trim, and smooth edges of products using hand tools and machinery
- Apply finishes such as paint, stain, or varnish to enhance appearance and protect from damage
- Operate equipment such as sanders, saws, drills, and spray guns
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of wood finishes and their application techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with various hand tools and power equipment
- Good communication skills in order to collaborate with team members
