We are currently seeking a skilled Metal Worker to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and equipment according to specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine materials required and assembly instructions
- Cut, shape, and bend metal plates, sheets or structural shapes using hand tools or machines such as shears, punches, or drills
- Weld and solder components together using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG or arc welding
- Assemble and install metal parts according to specifications
- Repair damaged metal products by straightening or reshaping them using hammers and heat treatment methods
- Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet required standards
- Adhere to all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear while working with metal

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Metal Worker
- Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings
- Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, grinders, drills etc.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques including MIG, TIG and arc welding
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred:
- Prior experience working with Nepali workers
- Familiarity with Nepali language
- Willingness to provide training and guidance to Nepali workers
