Administrator
A reputable company in Sharjah is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate should have experience in office administration, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to multitask. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$ and accommodation provided. Pakistani nationals are preferred for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations of the office
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining office supplies
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Urdu and have basic English proficiency
- Previous experience in office administration is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
