Administrative Assistant
Our company, located in Sharjah, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian candidates. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Manage the schedule of appointments and meetings for management and staff
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; freshers are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of Indian languages is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month with accommodation provided.
