Residential Painter


We are hiring a skilled Residential Painter to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Residential Painter, you will be responsible for painting the interiors and exteriors of residential properties. Your main duties will include preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paints, and ensuring a high-quality finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. We welcome candidates from any nationality who have their own visa and accommodation in Chelyabinsk.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix paints to achieve desired color and texture
- Apply paint to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Protect surrounding areas from paint by using drop cloths or tape
- Ensure smooth and even coverage with no drips or streaks
- Use different techniques such as sponging or stenciling to create decorative finishes
- Clean up work area after completing job

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter, preferably in residential properties
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions
- Physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
