A reputable painting company in Chelyabinsk is seeking an experienced Painter to join our team. This full-time position requires a skilled and detail-oriented individual with a passion for creating beautiful and high-quality work. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the painting industry, be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This role is open to both male and female candidates of any nationality. Fluency in English is not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix, match, and apply paint to various surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, and furniture
- Use various techniques such as stenciling, glazing, and faux finishes to achieve desired effects
- Ensure accurate color matching according to specifications
- Operate and maintain all painting equipment and tools
- Adhere to safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Painter
- Strong knowledge of different types of paints, their uses, and application methods
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be willing to work full-time without accommodation provided
