Preservation Architect

As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in the city of Moscow. You will work closely with local authorities, historians, and other professionals to develop plans for restoration projects that adhere to preservation guidelines and regulations. Your role will also involve conducting site surveys, analyzing building materials, and overseeing the construction process to ensure that the historic integrity of the structure is maintained.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in preservation architecture
- Extensive knowledge of historical preservation principles and practices
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:
- Experience working on preservation projects in Moscow or other European cities
- Biometric passport for easy travel within Russia

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Moscow, Russia. Canadian nationality is preferred but not required.
