As a Preservation Architect in Moscow, Russia, you will play a vital role in preserving and conserving historical buildings and structures. You will utilize your extensive knowledge of architectural techniques and materials to ensure the integrity and authenticity of these structures are maintained for generations to come.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historical buildings and structures to determine preservation needs
- Develop and implement preservation plans that adhere to local regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the proper execution of preservation projects
- Conduct research on historical buildings, materials, and techniques to inform preservation efforts
- Oversee restoration projects to ensure they are completed within budget and on schedule
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed plans for preservation projects
- Monitor the condition of preserved structures over time and make necessary repairs or adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Preservation Architect or a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of historical architecture, building materials, and construction techniques
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools
- Strong attention to detail with excellent project management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Historic Preservation or a related field
- Experience working with local historical societies or organizations dedicated to preserving cultural heritage
- Ability to read blueprints, sketches, and other technical documents

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1700 per month.
