Equipment Operator

We are an established construction company looking for an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Kaunas. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to assist with construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Complete daily maintenance checks and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on job sites
- Work closely with other team members to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Proficiency in English language
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of machinery operations
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and overtime if needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
