We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Welder, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately welding various metal components together according to specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and sketches to determine layout and welding methods
- Set up welding equipment and select appropriate tools and materials
- Clean, prepare, and inspect metal surfaces for welding
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal parts
- Monitor the welding process for quality control and make necessary adjustments
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations
- Maintain equipment and work area in clean and orderly condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC)
- Proficient in using hand tools such as grinders, chisels, drills, etc.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy materials
- Strong attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination
- Excellent time management skills
- Certification in welding preferred but not required
