Moderator (Indian Candidates, English Speaking)


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Moderator to join our team in Akron. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring online discussions and forums to ensure they adhere to our company's guidelines and policies. This is a full-time position suitable for Indian candidates with excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and forums to ensure they are in line with our company's guidelines.
- Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries, comments, and complaints.
- Edit or remove inappropriate content as needed.
- Engage with users in a positive manner to foster a welcoming community atmosphere.
- Report any technical issues or user concerns to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for online moderation.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian citizen or hold permanent residency status in India.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online community management.
- Ability to handle sensitive or controversial topics with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Previous experience in content moderation or community management is preferred but not required.
