This is a remote position that requires no English proficiency, making it suitable for both Filipinos and foreigners.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor all discussions and content posted by users to ensure they adhere to community guidelines
- Engage with users by responding to comments and addressing any questions or concerns
- Enforce rules and regulations of the community to maintain a positive and safe environment for all users
- Identify and report any potential issues or violations to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop strategies for improving community engagement

Requirements:
- Previous experience moderating online communities is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online forums
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
